Is it necessary to be a member Hoteladvisor.net to do the purchase?

You do not need to be a member in order to make reservation or purchase hotel rooms online. You need to sing up if you want to make changes or cancellations for the reservations already made or purchased.

Can I change my membership information?

After logging as member, on My Profile page you can your password, address or any other information. You are also able to make changes any time you wish.

On Hoteladvisor.net do I make reservation or do I pay for the room?

On Hoteladvisor.net you can pay for hotel room. It is not reservation it is the purchase. When you finish with the purchase procedure online your room is considered to be payed.

How can I make room payment on Hoteladvisor.net?

First you have to chose the desired hotel or region where you want to travel in Where are you going part.

• Enter wanted check-in and check-out dates.
• Type how many person are going to stay in the hotel and click on Search Now.
• On the new opened page choose the hotel in which you want to stay.
• In order to change or cancel already made reservation, sign in to our system and use My Profile page for it.

For the payments made by credit card how will I receive my reservation number?

When you finish with payment voucher will be sent to your e-mail address. You can check-in to hotel with that printed voucher or just with reservation number.

How can I cancel the reservation?

• After signing in by clicking on My Profile button on My Reservations part you can cancel your reservation.

When will I receive the invoice for the payment made?

When you do check-out from the hotel you were staying in, invoice will be handed over to you.
